These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of productlisto.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by ProductListo ("ProductListo", "we", "us", or "our"). 1. The Service

ProductListo is an editorial directory where users can discover software and tools, submit listings for review, follow topics, and participate in forums. We review submissions and may publish, reject, edit, or remove them at our discretion in line with our editorial standards.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Submissions and Editorial Review

When you submit a listing, you represent that you have the right to submit the information and that it is accurate and not misleading. All submissions enter a review queue and are not guaranteed publication. We read submissions within our stated review window and may approve, reject, request changes to, or later remove any listing. Listing on the Service does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or recommendation of the listed product.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Certain submissions and features are paid, with pricing shown at the point of purchase (for example, paid review starting from the price displayed on our pricing page). Fees are billed through our third-party payment processors. Where we offer a refund — such as for a submission that is rejected during review — it will be provided in accordance with the refund terms described at the time of purchase. Except as expressly stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases.

5. User Content and License

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including listings, descriptions, comments, and forum posts ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ProductListo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content;
  • violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
  • post spam, malware, or links to malicious or deceptive websites;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by our published rules; or
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service links to and describes third-party products and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of those third parties. Any dealings you have with them are solely between you and the third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProductListo and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProductListo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ProductListo's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
