Reclaim
AI calendar assistant that auto-schedules focus time, tasks, habits and meetings on Google Calendar and Outlook.
About Reclaim
Reclaim is an AI calendar tool that runs on top of Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Instead of asking you to block time by hand, it uses scheduling agents to defend focus time, place recurring habits, add buffers after video calls, and reschedule tasks and meetings as your week changes.
It is built for individuals, managers and company-wide rollouts. Individuals get a free Lite plan with five agents (Focus Time, Habits, Buffer Time, Smart Meetings and Meeting Quality), one Scheduling Link and one calendar sync. Paid Starter and Business plans raise team size, scheduling range and integrations, and the Enterprise plan adds SSO and SCIM provisioning plus org-level analytics and company initiatives such as no-meeting days.
Reclaim also connects to task tools including Asana, ClickUp, Todoist, Jira and Linear, so tasks can be placed on the calendar automatically. Scheduling Links cover the same job as booking pages from tools like Calendly, with priority settings that help the right meetings land sooner. Figures on Reclaim's own site, such as time saved and the 4.8-star G2 rating, are vendor-reported.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Lite is free forever for a single user with no credit card required. It includes five AI agents, one Scheduling Link, one calendar sync and limited integrations (Google Tasks, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet).
Does Reclaim work with Outlook?
Yes. Reclaim runs on Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, and it can sync multiple calendars across both to avoid conflicts.
Which task tools does Reclaim integrate with?
Paid plans integrate with Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Linear, in addition to Google Tasks, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet that are included on the free plan.
